We approach each project with fresh eyes and don’t have a template design but each project tends to follow the same process which can be summarised in four steps.

    Step 1
Meet and understand what you need and what is possible in the project. Quickly sketch out some initial ideas and send a fee proposal explaining our approach.

    Step 2
Resulting of several meetings, the proposal achieves to representante your vision. We assess and analyse the building, research the planning context and neighbouring properties and produce some more detail developed ideas. Finally, action happens as we push towards the planning application.

    Step 3
We refine and revise the design and begin to add the details needed for the agreed steps for a builder to price the work.

    Step 4
Once permissions are granted and the works have been priced we manage the construction phase and work to resolve problems as the arise both practical and financial until the project finalizes.
